organizations. With more than 20 years of museum membership experience in the
United States, Gina Tan, Principal and Creative Director, managed the membership
programs of the Fine Arts Museums of San
Francisco, Asian Art Museum of San Francisco and the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles before starting her own consulting practice in 2006.
As Director of Membership for the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, Gina Tan hosted the American Museum Membership Conference in San Francisco in 1998 and 2006 and participated on the program committee for several years.
Since 2006, Tangible Strategies has worked with museums in the United States, Canada and Australia in offering their expertise on growing membership programs.
